My name is Andrea Clow, I was born and raised in a small town in the upper peninsula of Michigan. After high school, in 2016, I married the most amazing guy and moved 22 hours away from everything I knew. Things were harder than I accepted to acclimate too, being a newlywed, juggling my future career and college, finding a job and giving up everything I was familiar with. Now two years later, here we are with a beautiful baby boy and a boxer named Toby, and still figuring out life.
I want this to be a place where I can share my knowledge of healthy living, fitness, and mental health; all while being a mom and an army wife. I hope that my experiences and knowledge can help others achieve greatness within themselves. I want each of my readers to experience the most beautiful life that this world, has to offer them.
I know that some topics can be controversial, since each of us have different experiences, beliefs, and preferences. I ask that we all keep an open mind and if you would like to share your knowledge or experiences, I would love to hear from you. So that I can improve your experience here. We are all a community and must grow as one, not as one in the same, but as one made up of thousands of uniquely beautiful individuals.
If you have ideas or stories you would like to share, I invite you to message me personally or share them on our open message page.
About This Page
The Leap, was inspired to encourage others to take the leap into the unknown. To try new things, explore, dream, create and renew themselves into a life that they are proud to live. For many of us we are caught in the 9-5, just trying to make it through life, but here we encourage the living in the present moment, to take each day as if it were your last and to be an inspiration to others as well as your self. For we live in a beautiful world, that we take for granted.
Be sure to take a second and look around you, see the beauty and art work that surrounds your daily life. There is a lot more then what meets the eye.
